Job Description
As one of our founding Deployment Strategists, you will be the cornerstone of our CS/CX organization, owning the full lifecycle and ongoing success of a group of customers, and helping build and implement new CS/CX playbooks/processes. You'll work cross-functionally with our sales team, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), Product Operations team, and CS Lead to ensure our customers are successfully redefining their sales and GTM workflows with AI.
This hands-on role involves deep collaboration with Sales & Revenue Operations leadership, IT teams, and end-users at our customer organizations. You'll be responsible for deeply embedding with our customers to customize Actively's models to their GTM processes and the outcomes they want.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete lifecycle of a group of accounts, embedding with SDR and AE teams and their leaders
- Define and track success metrics and ROI for each account
- Identify and develop new use cases that drive additional value for customers
- Partner with sales teams, FDEs, and CS leadership to create and continuously refine CX playbooks
- Build and manage training programs for end users (SDRs and AEs), ensuring they're fully equipped to leverage our product
- Develop deep expertise in how SDRs and AEs use our product and effectively translate their feedback into product improvements
- Implement scalable processes for user training, enablement, and feedback collection
- Collect, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback effectively
- Partner with Product & Engineering to influence product roadmap based on customer needs
Who You Are
- 4+ years of relevant experience (B2B Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, AE, SDR leader, Enterprise CSM, Consulting, Founder)
- Experience working directly with technical teams (Product Engineers, FDEs)
- Strong interest in how AI can redefine how B2B sales and GTM is done
- Proficiency in SQL and strong data analysis capabilities
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership and eagerness to build processes from scratch
- Familiarity with B2B sales tech stack, particularly Salesforce/HubSpot, and working knowledge of tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Apollo, and Orum
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in early-stage startups
- Track record of building and scaling customer success processes
- A technical background (education or professional experience with CS, Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, etc)
This role is not a good fit if
- You aren't excited to work in-person 5 days/week. Of course we are flexible if you have to work remote occasionally for specific reasons but overall our entire team comes to the office 5 days/week and is excited to collaborate in-person.
- You want to come in to operate established processes - we are very much building our first processes and fine tuning them constantly
- You don't work well in ambiguity
- You want to stay in your lane and focus just on the job you were hired for
- You're looking for a traditional 9-to-5 role
The salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $100K - $160K. This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans. Actively AI offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: health, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and unlimited PTO.
