Job Description

As Actively AI scales rapidly, we’re looking for a high-performing
Strategic Account Executive to drive adoption among enterprise customers. This role involves managing our most complex sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders, and executing a world-class playbook to secure six-figure deals and expand Actively AI’s presence in enterprise organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for enterprise GTM teams.
- Proactively source your own pipeline in net-new territories through outbound strategies including cold calls, LinkedIn, and partnerships.
- Manage complex sales cycles, selling $400K+ deals to enterprise organizations.
- Effectively multi-thread enterprise accounts, engaging stakeholders such as sales development, revenue leadership, sales/revenue operations, and marketing/demand generation.
- Use value-based sales approaches to deliver compelling ROI-driven pitches to C-level executives.
- Build and execute enterprise account plans, leveraging methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to hand off pilots/POCs and ensure a high win rate.
- Provide feedback to refine the sales process and shape Actively AI’s go-to-market strategy.
Who You Are
- Enterprise Sales Expert: 8+ years in a SaaS sales role, including at least 2+ years selling to enterprise organizations, with experience closing $400k+ deals
- Quota Crusher: Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas with six-figure deal sizes.
- Executive Presence: Skilled in building relationships with C-level executives, particularly in revenue, finance, and marketing functions.
- Outbound Pro: Strong experience sourcing and closing your own pipeline in new territories.
- Strategic & Adaptable: Familiarity with navigating ambiguity, refining playbooks, and driving innovation in sales processes.
- AI Enthusiast: Passionate about leveraging AI to transform industries and solve complex problems.
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling to sales or marketing teams.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other sales methodologies.
- Experience running POC or pilot motions
This role is not a good fit if…
- You are looking to sell a product that’s in a rinse & repeat phase. Our product is consistently evolving and improving as we get closer & closer to our vision, and the way you pitch it will evolve as we experiment to find what works best and expand the product surface area.
- You don’t do well when there’s ambiguity.
The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $150,000 - $175,000. This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans. This position is also eligible for variable compensation of $150,000 - $175,000 subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Actively AI’s applicable plans. Actively AI offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: health, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and unlimited PTO.
