Job Overview – Data Analyst – 33569
This Data Analyst position is on our client's technology finance team focusing on cost allocations through data management and sub-ledger reporting system for the annual plan, forecast and actuals processes. Team members are considered to be strong analytical and strategic thinkers able to effectively interpret data and communicate with their peers, application product support and application development partners. This person will rely on strong organization skills and ability to manage/sequence multiple timely deliverables with accuracy and in line with or exceeding business expectations. Team members will develop their intellectual curiosity to facilitate opportunities to automate key functions and improve accuracy and efficiencies across various business processes. This position has the opportunity to learn and work with new productivity and process improvement tools including but not limited to Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and internally developed software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 yrs of related industry experience or similar analytical role
- Advanced Excel and/or experience with similar data manipulation tools such as Alteryx
- Ability to manage large data sets with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail, communication analytical skills
- Data management and reporting experience
