Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Coordinator to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee the needs of customers and clients
Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, which would result in a work order to be scheduled and dispatched to proper personnel
Order and track parts for service requests
Proactively follow up with customers after completion of service to ensure a high level of satisfaction
Provide updates within service system
Ensuring all work orders are completed and invoiced timely

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma
Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel

Salary Base: $25/HR
