Position Overview:
Weâre searching for a high-energy, results-driven
Virtual Sales Manager to drive performance, close deals, and build their own high-performing sales team. This is not a sit-back-and-manage type of roleâthis is for someone who wants to be
in the action, closing deals, motivating others, and scaling revenue. If youâre money-motivated, self-driven, and hungry to lead a team that wins every day, we want to talk to you.
đWhat Youâll Be Doing:
- Selling home services virtually to homeowners across the country using our proven sales system.
- Leading by exampleâclosing deals and hitting personal sales goals.
- Hiring, training, and developing a team of outbound sales representatives.
- Coaching your team to master the pitch, overcome objections, and consistently produce.
- Tracking performance, setting daily goals, and creating accountability.
- Identifying areas for improvement and growthâin people, process, and performance.

- Proven experience in sales (virtual or in-person).
