Director / Global Director Transition Lead – DPO
- Lead and manage end to end execution of Global Transition programs in accordance with a structured Transition Methodology and Tollgate.
- Build and advise Transition strategy and implementation solution to support Client Business objectives
- Track, Control and Report Program Progress to senior Client stakeholders across workstreams – Knowledge Transfer, IT Solutions, Quality and SLA, Contract and Change Management etc
- Establish and drive effective Risk Management governance across the transition lifecycle
- Lead Governance reviews and manage communication across senior client and internal stakeholders
- Motivate and influence cross functional team members for effective collaboration and problem solving
- Establish effective Program change control
- Invest in building domain understanding of the service area and client industry
Experience and Qualifications
- 5-20 years overall experience with at least 6+ years’ experience in independently managing complex transitions ( in BPO service domain) for global clients.
- Excellent client Interfacing and relationship building skills. Superior communication skills – both written and Verbal. Ability to act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage escalations. Strong result orientation and ownership for solving problems
- The role would require travel to meet client stakeholders for reviews as required. Flexibility to support reviews in different time zones based on Client/ Global Delivery Centre locations.
- Proficient user of project Management tools like Microsoft Project Professional, Smart Sheet etc . Adept in use of Power Point and Excel.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
