Responsibilities:
Service Desk Incident initial point of contact to log, resolve and document end-user problems. Technical Support for Mobile Devices, Audio visual, and video teleconference equipment. Technical refresh support, involving deployment of new laptop hardware, operating system upgrades, and specialized software installation. Customer equipment relocation support and inventory
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of IT support experience.
- Experience in using Active Directory
- Experience with Service Now
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
