Title: Release Manager

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)– local required with DL

Duration:: 6+ Months

MOI: Call/ Video

Visa:: USC, GC only

Responsibilities

I need the below information for every submission:

Serve as primary point of contact for the Health Connector regarding release management and implementation of third party vendor solutions
Facilitate workshops with agency subject matter experts (SME’s) and Health Connector vendors to gather and document detailed business requirements
Represent the Health Connector in third party vendor discussions regarding system changes
Liaise with third party vendors and agency SME’s to support implementation, testing, triage and issue resolution
Identify, triage and solves project issues and perform Go-live readiness assessments
Work with the internal and external implementation leads to address project issues and mitigate risk.
Develop and maintain an integrated implementation schedule with goals, milestones and all aspects of SDLC
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
May oversee business analysts assigned to projects.

Qualifications

9+ year of exp required
