Product Manager – Prescription Eyewear Solutions
West Coast | Remote
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- We seek an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the expansion and enhancement of our prescription eyewear products. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, Marketing team, and cross-functional partners to define, develop, and promote new prescription eyewear solutions. Your strategic thinking, consumer-centric mindset, and analytical skills will be critical to driving product growth and customer satisfaction
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the prescription eyewear segment, aligning with overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in online prescription eyewear
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to set clear product goals and priorities, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction
- Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product definition, specifications, pricing, and positioning
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to continually refine product offerings, optimize customer experience, and maximize conversion rates
- Coordinate cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth implementation and launch of new products
- Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback, using this information to iterate and enhance prescription eyewear offerings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of product management experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer industries; eyewear or optical industry experience is a strong plus
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products
- Experience working closely with marketing teams to drive product promotion and customer acquisition strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
- Strong understanding of customer experience best practices and conversion optimization techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and aligning multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset, able to work effectively in fast-paced environments
