JOB TITLE: Private Client Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Team Manager, Sales – High Jewelry
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Private Client Coordinator will partner with the Director to strategize, develop, and support the assigned team members of the Private Client Team to meet and/or exceed sales plans and elevate the store experience. S/he exemplifies creating a climate of unsurpassed customer service and client development by maximizing the performance of a group of enthusiastic and team members though client relations ideation and execution, assisting in client appointments, executing tasks in support of the individual PC Team member. The coordinator acts as a key liaison and point of contact when the Director is unavailable, in partnership with the High Jewelry Director. S/he assists in managing efficient back of house tasks and follow up and is a collaborative coordinator who effectively fosters strong relationships with cross-functional partners throughout the business. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales – Foster the relationship between the Private Client Team and their clients to achieve sales plans and drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Assist to manage and motivate the PC Team to consistently achieve
or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plan.
- Develop client engagement and retention strategies to support the implementation of action plans and sales efforts to deliver results by proactively engaging the team with Client Mapping
- Drive client development activities including driving RSVP’s and ROI tracking for events, activations and gifting, review appointment tracking to ensure accurate reporting, follow up on outreach lists to increase completion, execute consistent appointment strategies to include room bookings, hospitality, special requests, and transportation.
- Carry out operations and sales support functions to support the PC team and Director in consistently achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
Service - Elevate in-store experience consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Support the team in utilizing hospitality to create unique experiences, ensuring
client experience expectations are being met at all times.
- Support 7 th Floor when needed and assume Leader on the Floor responsibilities
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador, providing the Tiffany Touch during every customer interaction while hosting appointments with or on behalf of the PC team and external guests
- Resolve client and employee concerns utilizing judgment and thorough knowledge of policy, procedure, and practice.
Talent - Elevate the collaboration of the Private Client talent to ensure a winning team and create a best-in-class service & selling team
- Drive key messaging, and provide qualitative feedback to the PC Team according to, goals and expectations of the Director.
- Use incentive programs, client success stories and team sales goals to inspire team engagement and performance.
- Prepare and conduct quarterly meetings in partnership with the Director to consistently align the team to organizational goals and initiatives and celebrate successes.
- Collaborate with the High Jewelry Assistants to prioritize tasks and time management to support all team members needs of the business.
- Communicate challenges, obstacles and observed performance gaps to the Director to provide 360 visibility on the PC Team.
Operational Excellence -Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
- Manage team requests and sales needs accordingly to ensure efficient back-of-house task execution and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
- Responsible for team scheduling, proactively managing team requests and sales needs to ensure seamless back-of-house task execution. Maintain consistency with established operational procedures to ensure exceptional operational support for sales and service.
- Liaise with the operational and finance partners on verifying funds and transacting sales accordingly.
- Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures. Execute daily by following company operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy with SKUs and gifting handled by the PC Team.
- Partner and communicate effectively with cross functional partners and Leadership to complete requests quickly and accurately.
- Support Company operations efficiency objectives by ensuring all activities maximize productivity and meet delivery dates by providing feedback on process changes through appropriate channels.
Experience
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail, or luxury retail store experience or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality, museum/art gallery, etc.).
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
Desired:
- A college/university degree with a fine or performing arts focus.
- Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
- The ability to speak multiple languages.
The hiring range for this position ranges from $28.00-$35.00 The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
