About The Program: The Bulgari Management Trainee Program is a prestigious, year-long rotational learning experience designed to immerse participants in the luxury retail industry and the world of fine jewelry, watches, and accessories. This program emphasizes Retail Leadership, Retail Operations, Merchandising, Client Development, E-Commerce, and Omni-Channel Initiatives. Trainees will gain hands-on experience through several job rotations, spending significant time in our retail boutiques and working on e-commerce and omni-channel projects.
Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Retail Leadership:
- Develop leadership skills by working closely with boutique managers and team leaders.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to enhance store performance.
- Assist in managing daily retail operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Retail Operations
- Gain insights into the operational aspects of running a luxury retail boutique.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with Bulgari standards.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
Client Development
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and personalize the customer experience.
- Support clienteling initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
E-Commerce Operations
- Assist in the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize e-commerce strategies, including product listings, pricing, promotions, publication and inventory management.
- Participate in various e-commerce, omni-channel, and retail projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Omni-Channel Integration
- Support the development and execution of omni-channel initiatives to create a seamless customer experience across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with store operations, marketing, and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of omni-channel projects.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend enhancements to our omni-channel strategy.
Digital Marketing
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
Merchandising & Visual Merchandising
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to understand product assortment, inventory management, and sales analysis.
- Assist in creating visually appealing displays that enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions.
Profile
Experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Internship or work experience in Luxury Retail Sales/Retail Boutique Management.
- Exposure to CRM and Client Development.
- Experience in Merchandising & Visual Merchandising.
- Knowledge of Store Operations and Omni-Channel/E-Commerce.
- Qualifications:
- Recently obtained a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interest in the luxury consumer goods industry.
- Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Positive attitude and a sense of curiosity.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
