Job Summary
Outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team! In this role, you will get involved in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, talent pipeline program management, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. While you grow your career and gain experience in these areas, you’ll have ongoing opportunities to take on responsibility and ownership of key functions in the department while supporting the design, delivery, and improvement of HR policies, processes, and services. Within our team of HR professionals, we use a “business first” mindset to address and solve HR challenges and to support the various departments throughout the company. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in HR principles, a willingness to learn and try out new opportunities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to provide first-rate customer service. You should be comfortable handling confidential information, managing multiple priorities/projects, and collaborating across departments. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field of study required
- Previous experience in HR disciplines, such as talent acquisition/recruiting, performance management, talent management, benefits, employee relations, or HR Systems
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a Human Relations role required; preferably in a manufacturing setting
- HRIS, Talent Management, and Microsoft Office experience highly desired
- Demonstrated ability in simplifying complex organizational problems and creating varied solutions to solve them
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong demonstrated focus on customer service delivery and timely turnaround required
