Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive- Sr. Living to join our integration business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, forecasting and
closing sales
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets set by management
- Initiate sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs,
developing proposal, closing sales
- Develop and maintain a business capture strategy, targeting markets, clients and revenue
- Identify and develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, email and networking
- Develop and present timely, organized and consistent proposal/bid packages
- Maintain strong industry knowledge sufficient to be viewed as a technical resource by prospective clients
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years experience in a similar position
- Read/understand technical drawings and programming guides
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; with excellent presentation skills
- Interface effectively with clients and peers, as well as executive level management
- Advanced computer skills and software knowledge to include MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe Acrobat and other company software
- Excellent organization and planning skills, able to set priorities and meet deadlines in fast paced environment, effectively interact with
internal and external customers
