Summary:
We are seeking an integrated marketer with expertise in vertical-specific go-to-market approaches. This role requires a natural storyteller who specializes in content marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have experience demonstrating a strong understanding of agile growth strategies to drive brand awareness in targeted go-to-market segments and channel-based business models.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing & Storytelling:
- Craft compelling, informative, and thought-provoking content that articulates Brivo’s value propositions.
- Manage a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and resonates with specified go-to-market segments.
- Develop content for websites, sales collateral, social media messaging, etc.
- Harvest segment knowledge, expertise and experience and collaborate with the executive team to develop a unique point-of-view for Brivo
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain close alignment with sales, product, and leadership teams to meet sales objectives support revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating segment go-to-market initiatives and their impact effectively.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or a justification on why you didn’t need it.
- 5+ years of marketing experience managing cross-functional campaigns
- Proven success in full-stack marketing with a focus on content marketing
- Demand generation experience, successfully managing a lead funnel
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Be an excellent writer
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Prefer someone who has experience working in a channel-based company
The total compensation package for this full-time position includes a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (includes base salary and, where applicable, may include incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians are eligible for benefits & perks (www.brivo.com/about/careers) based on their work locations.
