Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Support Coordinator to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between customers and Security Source
- Collaborate with customers to ensure timely fulfillment of all corporate requests
- Provide daily reporting on all corporate projects to customers and Security Source
- Access customer websites remotely to assess site needs
- Mobilize technicians/installers when necessary to address site requirements
- Place orders for necessary equipment to establish online presence for sites
- Collaborate across functions to understand existing processes and establish expected outcomes and timelines
- Assist technicians/installers in troubleshooting equipment issues once client site installation is complete
- Provide support to Service and Project Teams as needed for non-corporate requests
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or technical support
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms, including Excel and Docs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CCTV security systems
- Ability to read and interpret site floor plans
- Experience in managing multiple locations and timelines
- Familiarity with computer-based ticketing systems
