Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Support Assistant Temp to support our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides support and administration functions for Field Services (missed ETAs, confirming next day ETAs)
- Data Entry of all activities and tasks completed within a specific job
- Creating, updating, and sending technician work orders, shipments and other tasks related to a service request
- Supports Customer Service and Field Service Managment with administrative functions
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Customer/Team/Company/Culture centric
- Communication, written and verbal – internal/external, scheduling techs, coordinating lifts, and providing customers with ETA’s
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Sets challenging goals for self and others

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree Preferred
