Axis’ Business Development, Solutions & Services organization is seeking a
Systems and Solutions Engineer to join our growing Professional Services team in the Americas. This position plays an essential role in enabling solutions, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting the successful deployment of professional services.
The role of the Systems & Solutions Engineer requires a strong technical background with excellent communication, collaboration and documentation skills. The primary focus of this role is to maintain and promote standardized service offerings. The engineer will develop and maintain processes and documentation to support solution enablement, testing, and customer adoption while ensuring standardization and scalability for long-term support. This role offers the opportunity to influence the growth trajectory of key technologies within the Business Development, Solutions & Services organization.

What you’ll do here as Systems and Solutions Engineer, Professional Services?
- Own and drive the solution standardization process, including documentation, testing, training & enablement, maintenance, adoption, promotion, eliciting feedback, and reporting progress
- Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain standardized professional service offerings for internal and external customers, as well as experience centers
- Develop business processes and standards that ensure supportability, usability, and scalability in professional services offerings
- Accelerate the adoption and sale of Professional Services by collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Serve as an internal technical resource by supporting new and existing initiatives, maintaining proficient demo skills across technologies, and driving long-term business development goals
- Proactively identify opportunities for customized integrations, manage the development process, and ensure a seamless commercialization process for sales teams
- Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements to streamline service deployments and support frameworks
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and drive industry engagement

We'd love to hear that you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred; relevant industry experience will be evaluated
- 2+ years in technical field such as sales engineering or information technology role; ideally in the physical network security industry
- Experience with technical documentation or process development is highly preferred
Location:
This role is based in our Chelmsford MA office; remote consideration for the right candidate living proximate to an international airport and willing to perform job responsibilities during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Pay range:
The approximate pay range for this location and position is
$115,000-125,000 OTE (90/10). Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
