Gigamon is seeking bright and enthusiastic graduates in Computer Science (or related fields) who are passionate about AI/ML. As part of an experienced and quality-driven engineering team, you'll learn and contribute meaningfully to the design and development of cutting-edge products.
Summer Internship Only: This internship is a short-term, 3-month position for Summer 2025 with no plans for full-time conversion upon completion. It is best suited for students rising into their senior years looking to gain hands-on industry experience during the summer. The internship will follow a hybrid work model based out of Gigamon’s headquarters in Santa Clara, California.
What You'll Do
- Join a collaborative engineering team focused on AI/ML-driven product development
- Apply your knowledge in data science, NLP, and statistical modeling to real-world problems
- Contribute to projects involving LLMs, RAG, Embedding Models, and LangChain
- Develop software using languages like Python, Java, or C
- Gain hands-on experience while working closely with senior engineers
What You've Done
- Pursued or currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (graduating Dec 2025 – June 2026)
- Completed coursework in data science, deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling
- Gained proficiency in Python, Java, or C
- Developed strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- (Bonus) Gained exposure to LLMs, RAG, Embedding Models, or LangChain

The the hourly compensation range targeted for this role based out of Gigamon's Santa Clara, CA, Headquarters office is $40.00 - $44.00/hr. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
