Job Description
We are an established home improvement company looking for a highly motivated person to lead, guide and support our sales team. We set and confirm all of our leads in house with interested homeowners. The ideal candidate should have roofing, siding, window, door, decking and gutter knowledge and the ability to manage a straight commission sales force. You will be highly successful if you have a competitive drive, strong leadership presence, and enjoy the success of others.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Hire, train and develop strong sales representatives
Establish and track team and individual goals
Teach sales process and model core behavior
Develop and implement plan for long-term training
Maintain accurate pricing and discounts in LEAP
Conduct weekly sales meetings that include role playing and contests
Ensure consistency of customer experience and sales process
Ride along with new and underperforming sales reps
Establish quotas and goals for sales team
Debrief appointments and document results
Track and report sales activities
Monitor assigned leads
Run leads as needed
Collaborate with Production Team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
