The Role

As our first US-based Customer Success hire, you will play a pivotal role. Supporting our customers from onboarding through to implementation, and ultimately, success.
This position offers the unique opportunity to shape BuildPass's customer experience in North America from the ground up. You'll work from our Austin satellite office alongside other US-based team members while collaborating with our Australian headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, answering calls and responding to live chats
Resolving customer problems swiftly and efficiently and reporting technical issues to our product team
Train remote support staff to ensure consistent customer support
Create training videos for both internal and external use
Support the sales team by making check-in calls to trial users and managing Hubspot deals
Assist the customer success team with analyzing product usage and other tasks
