Required Competencies
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others. Self-starter who has experience with developing or improving sales and customer service processes. Experience with sales forecasting and projections. Salesforce Admin related experience is highly preferred, but certification is not required. Ability to manage contracts and quotes, such as document creation, service expirations, renewals, and more. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supporting the Sales Operations Director with compiling and analyzing sales data, producing reports, tracking KPI metrics, analyzing data to identify sales forecasts and trends, managing CRM updates and enhancements, fulfilling vendor requests, and supporting sales growth initiatives.
Responsible for maintaining and improving the sales process within Salesforce.com. Assist with all other CRM processes such as customer feedback, assets, ticketing, service, etc.
Assist with Salesforce user management, training, process automations, reports, and dashboards.
Responsible for contract management processes.
Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills along the ability to handle complex situations.
Work closely with customer service support, area directors, and surgical account manager teams and be equally responsible for maintaining and improving the customer experience process.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the sales organization in relation to sales cycle systems and processes.
Be a cornerstone within the organization in unifying field and internal resources and personnel to maximize opportunity and excellence.
Understand and develop strong understanding and comprehension of the devices and products we manufacture.
