Now, we’re looking for a driven Presales Consultant to expand our footprint across North America. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact presentations, demos, and technical expertise to secure new business and support the sales cycle for our FSM solutions. If you thrive on solving customer challenges, building strong relationships, and driving solutions that transform field service operations, this is the role for you.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver FSM solution demos and presentations to prospective clients, aligning solutions to their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to tailor proposals and effectively respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, offering consultative advice on field service best practices.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, supporting prospects from initial inquiry to closing.
- Represent Planon’s FSM solutions at industry events to promote the brand and engage with new prospects.
Profile
We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven professional who excels at working with clients to solve their field service challenges. You have a strong technical understanding, a strategic mindset, and an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. You are a true team player who can bridge the gap between sales and technical teams to ensure successful client solutions.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of experience in presales with complex software solutions. Experience with FSM platforms (e.g., Planon, ServiceMax, ClickSoftware) would be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively present FSM solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven consultative sales experience with a focus on uncovering client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results.
- Willingness to travel across North America to engage with clients and prospects.
