Our client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team to cover a maternity leave until September. It's important that this individual have HR Business Partnering experience and can hit the ground running. There is the opportunity for this person to convert from temp to perm. This role is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify and address people challenges and opportunities
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Supporting organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to employees.
- Coaching managers on HR issues and providing guidance to employees.
- Using data to identify trends and patterns in employee engagement and retention
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using HR analytics tools and software.
