Key Responsibilities:
- Review Lead Opportunities: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and reviewing new business leads.
- Compile and Format Materials: Showcase your creativity by compiling and formatting proposal and credential materials.
- Manage Marketing Data: Keep our marketing efforts on track by managing data for general marketing, RFQs, RFPs, awards, and the studio's online presence.
- Support Digital Presence: Enhance our firm's website and social media with your innovative updates.
- Develop Presentation Materials: Assist in creating compelling interview presentation materials.
- Maintain Marketing Materials: Prepare and maintain essential marketing materials such as project profiles and resumes.
- Track Marketing Information: Keep our marketing information up-to-date, including pursuit and contract details, photography, resumes, project profiles, references, and more.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least two years of professional marketing experience, particularly in preparing graphics, marketing materials, and proposals. Experience in a landscape architecture firm or an architecture firm undertaking landscape work is required.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, design, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of landscape architecture, urban design, parks, and sustainability is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
