About The Role
We're on the hunt for a
Digital Marketing Executive who blends creativity with analytical thinking, thrives on variety, and is excited to dive into hands-on work across channels. Whether you’re planning multi-channel campaigns, digging into performance metrics, or crafting content that connects, you’ll be a key player in elevating our digital presence and delivering results that matter.
This role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years of experience who’s ready to take ownership, contribute ideas, and grow alongside a fast-moving, future-focused team.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid platforms
- Develop and schedule content for social media, aligning with brand tone and campaign goals
- Collaborate with creatives and copywriters to produce engaging visual and written assets
- Manage and update website content via CMS tools
- Assist in lead generation strategies, including landing page builds and A/B testing
- Track and analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and native platform insights
- Support SEO efforts through on-page optimization and keyword research
- Create and manage email marketing initiatives including newsletters, automations, and nurture sequences
- Stay current with digital trends, platform changes, and evolving user behaviors
What You Bring To The Table
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, and paid social strategies
- Proficiency with platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, and Hootsuite
- Exceptional communication and writing skills — with a natural storytelling ability
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Proactive, curious, and always eager to learn and improve
- Bonus: Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
