This is an On-Site position, Monday through Friday, in our Los Angeles office.
As our Data Analyst,you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in leveraging data insights to support our strategic decision-making processes and enhance our operational efficiency. Your proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce will empower you to analyze, visualize, and present data-driven solutions, ultimately aiding in driving our success.
Daily Tasks:
- Utilize your expertise in Power BI to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide valuable insights to both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- Apply your Salesforce knowledge to extract, transform, and load data for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes to ensure consistent and reliable data across multiple sources.
- Analyze data related to client matters, financials, and operational processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline).
- Proven experience as a data analyst with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in using Power BI to create compelling reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce, including data extraction, manipulation, and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex findings to both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Awareness of data visualization best practices and principles.
- Experience with other data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
Salary:
Compensation based on experience: $145,000 - $185,000
