Salary: $68,000 - $85,000 Annually

Ozinga is seeking a
Level II Support Technician to join our IT team in
Mokena, IL. If you’re passionate about IT, thrive in a hands-on environment, and enjoy delivering outstanding service, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to IT helpdesk calls, emails, and manage higher-level support tickets
- Maintain and manage PC/laptop inventory, including imaging and deployment
- Administer IT systems such as Screen Connect, Dell Kace, and video management platforms (Avigilon, ONSSI)
- Document support efforts and system configurations using Autotask
- Contribute to process improvements and IT documentation standards
- Collaborate with network engineers and provide backup support for Citrix, VMware, email, print queues, and servers
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
What You Bring
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT support or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10, Server 2008R2/2012R2, and Microsoft Office products
- Prior experience with HP hardware and helpdesk systems like Autotask is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A customer-focused mindset and a positive, professional attitude
