Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PACS Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be a career-minded, bilingual (Spanish/English) IT professional with a strong background in technical support within high-volume, 24x7 environments. The PACS Administrator will play a key role in supporting and managing the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and ensuring seamless operation and integration within our healthcare facilities
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of PACS equipment, including image workflow, archiving, auto routing, and prefetching.
- Provide tier two and tier three support for multiple radiology PACS systems. Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Work closely with HIM, IT departments, and clinical staff to ensure timely and complete capture of DICOM digital image data into the PACS system.
- Act as a liaison between departments and vendors for system upgrades, planning, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and implementations.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users, including operations personnel, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage user credentials for Active Directory, Email, Mobile Iron, and Brivo Security. Support and manage mobile devices, including PCs, smartphones, tablets, and more.
- Conduct key metric reporting and analysis to identify performance improvements and optimize processes.
- Participate in budget planning and coordinate upgrades, software installations, and migration efforts.

Education, Experience, Skills, and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field required.
- At least three to five years of related experience.
- Three years of experience working with Python, Power BI, and other technology.
- Knowledge of HIPAA Security preferred.
- Hybrid rotation schedule and/or onsite as needed.
