About The Role
We are looking for a
Sales Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our business across the San Antonio and Austin regions. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a highly motivated individual with proven experience in door-to-door sales, team development, and leadership. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, and retaining a high-performing sales team while driving strong sales growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed targets, fostering a positive, high-energy, and results-driven environment.
- Recruitment & Training: Attract, recruit, and onboard top talent. Provide comprehensive training and continuous support to ensure team success and professional growth.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. Monitor and assess team performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Motivation & Retention: Keep your team engaged, motivated, and aligned with company goals. Ensure that your team has the tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
- Customer Interaction: Assist with high-level customer meetings and engagements when needed, representing the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to upper management.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in residential door-to-door sales or security outside sales, with a track record of success in building, leading, and growing a sales team.
- Sales Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse group of salespeople to achieve company goals.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-standard security systems and platforms such as Alarm.com, 2GIG, and Qolsys is preferred.
- Local to Austin: Must be based in or near Austin, TX, as the role covers both the San Antonio and Austin areas.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships both with customers and within the team.
- Results-Oriented: Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and lead by example.
