TEKsystems is looking for a Lead Technician to join their growing team and come in to be an asset in leading the charge. This person will be able to be self reliant, work independent and run installation projects on their own. They need to have solid understanding of access control, cameras and intrusion systems to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation and maintenance of access control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access control systems.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of access control systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in access control systems installation and maintenance.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of access control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in access control systems are a plus.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
