Title: Security Systems Specialist

Role-Specific Introduction
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Security Systems Specialist to play a key role in supporting security directives, addressing user issues, and providing construction-related support. This position will be responsible for application troubleshooting, configuration, programming/development, and analysis services to facilitate system deployment and expansion. This is a contracted temporary position anticipated to run through September 2025.

Experience
- Experience or knowledge of video surveillance systems, security cameras and CCTV technologies i.e. Verint, Genetec, NiceVision & Standalone CCTV systems.
- Experience with CCure access control including programing, security panels and devices (mag-locks, card readers, strikes, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to diagnose and solve problems effectively with IP CCTV cameras
- Professional tech support skills and experience highly desired.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work across organizational domains.
- Good written, oral, and phone skills
- Proficient with Windows OS, server OS and their applications.
- Willing to work in a service or construction environment
Responsibilities
Administration of Nice CCTV VMS (Nicevision) and CCure Access Control (CCure). Assist in VMS and ACS system software upgrades. Support Application and server related troubleshooting and implementation efforts of Electronic Technicians, Network Administration and Desktop Support for client side and sensor configuration support tickets. Data quality control for existing and future configuration and attributes relating to sensor deployments, application configurations, integrations and related GIS maps.
Education and Professional Certifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, including Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science (CS).

- NICE or CCure Certifications a plus
Compensation: $85,000-120,000
